Have you ever found yourself caught in a whirlwind of health issues, feeling helpless and stuck in a maze of prescriptions and diagnoses?

I know that feeling all too well. You see, I am a Nurse Practitioner specializing in brain health and neurology. But when my own health and brain health started to deteriorate, I got shuffled from physician to physician.  

They handed me pills to treat my symptoms and more pills to handle the side effects, leaving me feeling like a lifeless zombie. It was frustrating, to say the least.

Then came the unthinkable: I was told to start using a wheelchair and I should consider giving up my job. What!!!!!!!!!  NO way!!!!

My journey into Functional Medicine, embracing healthy living practices like diet, exercise, and stress management, led to significant improvements in my health.

I also delved into Eastern Medicine and Complementary Alternative Medicine, including acupuncture, reiki, and meditation, discovering their immense benefit in enhancing well-being.

Today, I have conquered some of my most pressing health concerns. With renewed vigor, energy and vitality, I am continuing my journey to reclaim my health. 

And guess what? I never needed that wheelchair, and I never had to say goodbye to my career!

As we all know, 2020 brought an unexpected twist with COVID-19, and healthcare was turned upside down. Burnout became my unwelcome companion, and the emotional toll weighed heavy.

I knew there had to be a different path to keep my passion alive – helping others lead their healthiest, most vibrant lives.

So, I started exploring other avenues where I could channel my expertise and superpowers. That’s when I discovered coaching.

I embarked on a journey to become a certified health coach, armed with knowledge from the National Society of Health Coaches and Virtual Coach certification.

It was then time for me to pivot from my hospital job and pursue my true calling, coaching others to live their most vibrant lives.

This is how I regained my health and continue to do it. This is how I guide my clients. And this is how you can do it too.
